Attorney Yanira Cotti earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law in Ponce. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Finance. This solid academic background, combined with her previous experience as an accountant, has equipped her with a strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured approach to resolving complex legal matters.  

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Attorney Cotti brings a culturally informed perspective and deep empathy to her legal practice. After relocating to Miami, Florida, she dedicated her career exclusively to immigration law. This field allows her to fulfill her passion for advocacy and her strong commitment to serving and defending the rights of the immigrant community.  

As a bilingual attorney (Spanish and English), she represents clients in various immigration matters across the United States. She is known for providing close and personalized support, educating her clients about each step of the legal process, and crafting strategies tailored to their circumstances.
