Associate Attorney Bianca Catalina Borja focuses her practice on Business and Immigration Law. She received a Juris Doctor from the Universidad de Especialidades Espiritu Santo in 2015 and a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018.
Born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and trained as an International Attorney in the United States, Attorney Borja interprets clients’ needs and concerns from a unique perspective. She applies cultural and humanist perspectives to provide effective problem-solving and, ultimately, to empower her clients.
Attorney Borja began her international career in the City of New York, where she was the first Ecuadorian to intern for the state’s Supreme Court. During this time, she closely worked with the Ecuadorian community by advocating for immigrants’ rights. Since then, Catalina has been heavily involved in supporting underserved communities from political, legal, and institutional angles.
Currently, Attorney Borja lives in Miami. After spending considerable time working with international businesses and foreign investors, she now fully devotes her time to Immigration Law. Catalina’s choice seemed natural since Miami is one of America’s fastest-growing metropolis and is now home to millions who have fled communism in Central and South America.
Attorney Borja main goal is to ease the especially complex U.S. immigration process for her clients. She firmly believes in the positive impact of immigration, including the valuable contributions of immigrants to U.S. culture and its economy.
