Attorney Bianca Catalina Borja was born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo in 2015 and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018. She focuses her practice on Business and Immigration Law.
Trained as an International Attorney in the United States, Borja holds dual legal licenses and has built a distinguished career in the legal field. She began her international career in New York City, becoming the first Ecuadorian to intern at the New York State Supreme Court. During this time, she worked closely with the Ecuadorian community, advocating for immigrants’ rights and liberties. Since then, she has been deeply involved in supporting underserved communities through political, legal, and institutional efforts.
Currently, Attorney Borja resides in Miami. After years of experience working with international businesses and foreign investors, she now devotes her full practice to Immigration Law. Miami, one of America’s fastest-growing metropolises, is home to millions of individuals who have fled political persecution in Central and South America, making it the ideal place for her to continue her work.
With a unique perspective, Attorney Borja deeply understands her clients’ needs and concerns. She incorporates cultural and humanistic elements into her approach, providing effective problem-solving strategies and tailored legal solutions that ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.
A firm believer in the positive impact of immigration, Borja strongly advocates for the valuable contributions immigrants bring to U.S. culture and the economy. Her primary goal is to simplify and guide her clients through the complex U.S. immigration process, ensuring each step is clear, accessible, and empowering.
