Attorney Guadalupe Guereca is an accomplished immigration attorney licensed in New Mexico and Mexico and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In 2018, she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Arizona State University, solidifying her expertise in U.S. law. Her commitment to the immigrant community is evident in her work and her decision to immigrate to the United States in 2009. Before that, she practiced law in Mexico, specializing in Administrative Law after graduating from Universidad Juárez del Estado de Durango.

Since moving to the U.S., Guadalupe has developed extensive legal experience. She served as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office. She worked for three years at immigration law firms, handling complex cases in deportation defense, family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, humanitarian visas, and investment-related immigration matters. In 2023, Guadalupe joined Oasis Legal Group and serves clients from the firm’s office in Katy, Texas.
