Attorney Ray Feliz, co-founder of Oasis Legal Group, focuses his practice on Business and Immigration Law. Originally from the Dominican Republic, he has built a strong career in both the legal and business sectors. He earned a degree in Economics and Business from Cornell College and later obtained his law degree from the University of Wisconsin, where he focused on Family and Immigration Law.
Before co-founding Oasis Legal Group, he gained extensive experience in sales, management, and business development within Fortune 500 companies. He also worked in various legal capacities at Northwestern Mutual Insurance, Community Justice, the University of Wisconsin Athletic Compliance Department, and the law firm Habush, Habush & Rottier.
During law school, he actively participated in student organizations, serving on the executive board of the Student Bar Association, the Wisconsin International Law Student Association, the Black Law Student Association, and the Latino Law Student Association. Additionally, he was a board member at the Community Immigration Law Center.
In 2021, the Wisconsin State Bar elected him Program Chair for the International Practice Section, and in 2024, he was appointed Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce.
