Attorney Guadalupe Guereca is an experienced immigration attorney, licensed in New Mexico and Mexico, and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In 2018, she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Arizona State University, strengthening her expertise in U.S. immigration law and reinforcing her commitment to the immigrant community. Before immigrating to the United States in 2009, she practiced law in Mexico, specializing in Administrative Law after graduating from Universidad Juárez del Estado de Durango. 

Since moving to the United States, Attorney Guereca has built an extensive legal career. She worked as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office and spent three years at immigration law firms, handling complex cases in deportation defense, family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, humanitarian visas, and investment-related immigration matters. 

In 2024, Attorney Guereca joined Oasis Legal Group, where she practices from the firm’s Katy, Texas office. Her combined experience and deep understanding of immigration law allow her to provide effective and strategic legal representation to her clients.
