Julio Gallo is an immigration attorney at Oasis Legal Group. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, he arrived in the United States in February 2023 with the goal of expanding his legal practice to the U.S. immigration context. Before practicing in Wisconsin, Julio worked as an attorney in Brazil, specializing in civil, criminal, and commercial contract cases. He represented clients in court and business matters, allowing him to develop a strategic and detail-oriented approach in every case.

From September 2023 to September 2025, Julio worked as an immigration paralegal, gaining firsthand experience with the daily practice of immigration law in the U.S. During this time, he acquired direct expertise in legal matters and effective client communication, understanding the factors that can determine the success or delay of a case.

Subsequently, he completed his LL.M. at the University of Wisconsin (UW–Madison) and was admitted to practice law in the state after passing the Wisconsin Bar Exam. He currently works at our firm, representing families and individuals in a wide variety of cases before USCIS, ICE, and the Immigration Court (EOIR).

With a human, empathetic, and culturally aware approach, Julio combines the rigor of a litigator with a practical, client-centered perspective. He listens carefully to each story, identifies individual needs, and develops personalized strategies to make every step of the immigration process clear and manageable. His goal is to represent his clients legally and to guide and support them through every stage of their immigration journey, ensuring they feel supported and confident.
