SMS Terms and Conditions

Octavia Legal Associates Doing Business as Oasis Legal Group may offer you the chance to receive information about our services, as well as other messages and offers like appointment confirmations, event notifications, and reminders, via text message on your mobile phone. You can opt in by texting us or providing your phone number on our website or other web application.

By opting in, you agree to receive autodialed, marketing, and non-marketing text messages at the phone number you provided, including text messages. You also agree to be bound by the Oasis Legal Group Privacy Policy and the processing of your information as set forth in that policy. We recommend that you read the policy in full.

You also agree to indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from any claims made against them, including claims caused by your failure to notify Oasis Legal Group of a number change.
