However, if your immigration status may be affected by your current circumstance, call us first. We can work with your criminal lawyer to ensure that your case is handled according to your specific needs as an immigrant.

The initial consultation costs are:

• $50 for a Quick Consult (15 Minutes) – This is ideal for issues that can be solved by getting answers to some questions.
• $100 for a Traditional Consult (30 Minutes) – This is a good place to begin an objective that would need representation.

Since every case is different, we use the initial consultation to understand the details of your situation. After the initial consult, we can better communicate what to expect for costs and the next steps.

After the initial consultation, you will be contacted by one of our paralegals. Your OLG paralegal will provide you with contact information for questions you may have about your case as it progresses.

Your paralegal will also help you to know what documents are needed for your case. The process changes slightly from case to case because we tailor each client's experience to fit within the best legal strategy for their goals.
