Jacob Quinlan is an immigration attorney based in Miami, Florida. As an associate at a major U.S. law firm, Quinlan’s business immigration practice involved assisting multinational corporations across various industries in securing non-immigrant and immigrant visas for high-level executives and specialized staff.

He has also helped entrepreneurs, investors, technology professionals, and an Olympic athlete obtain immigration benefits, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, and EB-2 categories for permanent residence, as well as O-1A, H-1B, H-1BA, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, J-1, and TN non-immigrant visas.
